What Forms of Payment are Accepted?

Payments are COD or credit terms as applicable.

What does door-to-door delivery mean?

Door-to-door delivery is pickup at door of supplier delivered to door of consignee.

What is the Process of Booking a Shipment?

You need to know what you will be sending (ie. quantity), origin and destination, and the deadline in order to receive the most suitable mode of transportation. We will make all the necessary arrangements for the pickup at origin and the delivery at destination, handling all customs clearance at border crossing, if applicable.

What if my cargo is perishable?

Perishable items are shipped in temperature controlled and refrigerated containers.

What if I need to store my cargo?

In case of cargo needing to be temporarily stored, we make arrangements for storage in secure warehouse location.

How long will my shipment take?

This will be determined by things like mode of transportation, distance, place of origin and destination, weather conditions, and border delays. Client will be advised every step of the way until the cargo is safely delivered.
